Training

My services as a HACCP instructor can be either traveling to your facility to conduct a course or also I occasionally conduct prearranged classes.  My courses usually have just a few students to facilitate discussion and resulting in a more meaningful experience for the attendee.  Students will be given the official coursework from the International HAACP Alliance along with a Certificate of Completion.  I can provide invaluable practical expertise needed to write Pre Requisite Programs, write HACCP plans and respond to a Non Regulatory Compliance (NR).  I have been writing and implementing HACCP plans for various size establishments since HACCP became law.
