Auditing

       I am a PAACO Certified Meat Plant Welfare Auditor.  The auditing is based on the North American Meat  Institute (NAMI) Animal Handling Guidelines.  I can perform a third party audit to support your Humane Handling Program in addition to having another set of eyes to evaluate your operation.  I have experience auditing both large and small operations including different methods of stunning: captive bolt, electrical and carbon dioxide.
